Double room

Double room with large wardrobe. Bus no 76 direct to QE Hospital and Solihull town. Bus no 50 every 5 minutes during the day to the city centre, less often during the evening and weekends. This is a double room only for 2 adults. Please don't create an embarrassing situation by requesting more than 2 persons in the room. Due to energy prices an extra charge will be made if working from here. Please note ID maybe required. Name and photo on Airbnb account needs to match proof of ID. The space Table with chair to work. Note that this doesn't mean that the workspace is to enable working from here. This enable the cost of the room to be kept low. Longer bookings limited kitchen access can be granted. Please note that outdoor footwear is not permitted in the house. Guest access only access to shared toilet and bathroom. Guests should leave the communal area in a condition that would be acceptable to other guests During your stay Guest can use WhatsApp to communicate. Other things to note No shoes or food and drink in the bedroom, just water. No smoking or vaping in the house
