It's a new Double storey house located at Taman Sri Penawar, Harmonia 1 which 6 mins drive to Tanjung Balau beach, 15-18mins drive to DESARU beach, and also 15-18mins drive Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark. Our theme is based on minimalist nordic style, warmth and comfort, which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for: - Medium Families (Max 10pax) - Local or overseas travellers - Business traveler(s) The space A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, living hall and kitchen. In the house, it including TV, TV console Game, Sofa, Dining table, Kitchen cabinet, Induction Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, and some basic utensils. steamboat and bbq is allowed and utensil will be provided. All the bedrooms and living room are providing full air-con. Besides, water-heater are also providing in all bathrooms. We also providing washing machine, just in case guest need to use it. Wi-Fi currently is AVAILABLE ! guests can enjoy TVbox unlimited tv programmes, dramas and movies. Besides, mahjong sets and table is provided too. :) Other things to note Smoking in the House and Toilets is NOT ALLOW! NO smoke in any form (cigarette, cigar, electronic cigarette, dissolvable tobacco, shisha, pipe, and/or weed) within the Property. (A cleaning fee of RM300 is incurred for the removal of cigarette smells.) No Shoes in the house Please lower down sound and music after 10pm. Cleanliness of the Homestay to be observed all the times. We have the right to charge RM100 for cleaning fees if the unit is unclean during check out. BBQ is allowed OUTDOOR ONLY. Please clean and wash all the provided utensil or/and kitchenware after party. (Extra RM200 cleaning fees will be charged should the above are not kept clean) Steamboat is allowed indoor. Please switch off all lights and air conditioners when leaving the homestay. Please DO NOT MOVE any furnitures to anywhere, else RM200 will be fine for it! Please Keep the mahjong set well in the box. RM200 will be charged if missing. Please utilise all furnished items, equipments, features and facilities with care at the homestay. Any damages and loss will be at the guests' own cost. Any damages or missing of item(s) in the unit will be charge according to the item price list during check out.
