This studio type condo unit is spacious and comfortable. The interior walls and built in cabinets are painted white, accented with palo china wood creating a homey, relaxed atmosphere. The unlimited fiber internet connection and Netflix will keep you entertained for hours on end. It does feel like a home away from home, in a strategic and convenient location. The space Most studio units have very limiting and uncomfortable spaces. This one is different as it is generous in size and appearance. There are also no walls or any barriers as we would like our guests to be able to move around easily, enjoying everything it has to offer. It really is a nice, comfortable place to stay. With unlimited 20 mbps fiber internet connection, Netflix, TV plus , you may want to stay indoors most of the time. This is also a handy place to stay if you want to work indoors. There’s a table space and a swivel chair for this purpose. The unit is on the sixth floor of the first building, near the entrance gate of Amaia Sucat. It is very accessible from the main road. Guests need not walk far if they’re commuting. Restaurants, banks, 7/11, hair salon, spa, and laundry service are just a few steps away. Amaia Steps Sucat is fairly new. Amenities like basketball court, meditation garden, kids playground, and jogging path are still being constructed. The swimming pool is all set though, ready to keep our guests cool and fresh during summer. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool but a small fee may be charged. The pool is open everyday except Mondays for cleaning and maintenance. Night swimming is from 6 to 10pm only and this needs to be booked in the office early in the day. Other things to note PARKING- There’s a three hour parking in the premises for guests. It is also on a first come, first served basis. You can also park outside the building temporarily , in the parking area where the commercial establishments are located. The guards on duty would be able to guide you, but be aware of the time limit. If you do need a private, secured, and a covered parking space, there’s one near Holy Trinity Memorial. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Condo or a couple of minutes ride with a jeepney.
