It is a self-contained unit with a large, bright living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a large bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The owner lives on the ground floor of the chalet but is not always on site. Guest access Access to the house is by car from the A6 (40min) or A77 motorways, or from Avallon railway station (40min).
