Description

We rent a spacious and cosy studio (25 m2) with own toilet and shower. It is located in the basement but has daylight. It's an new building (2013). Quiet area on the edge of Reinach. Next bus/tram stop 300/600 m away (approx. 25 minutes to Basel). The space Ideal for max. 2 adults. Baby bed can be provided on request. Bed (160 x 200 cm) of high quality. Small wardrobe, table with chair and kettle (tea, instant coffee, sugar). TV with Swisscom-Box and numerous channels. Small fridge with a freezer compartment. Separate entrance and key. Guest pass and mobility-ticket (free use of the local public Transport) for the period of stay (max. 30 days) are included. Guest access Use of washing machine and drier on request. During your stay We live on the ground floor flat above the studio. Normally we are home in the early morning and in the evening. We offer a "simple" breakfast with coffee/tea in our flat. Other things to note From time to time some aircraft noise, but building is very well isolated.
