Our property is located near New Airport. It is inside the gated community, peaceful to stay in, surrounded by trees, greenery, and away from traffic. You have plenty of space to Jog, walk etc. Be it friends gathering or family trip or corporate get together, we provide you plenty of space with 3 bedrooms (Studio) which have private entrances located on the same floor, 3 attached washrooms, with a small kitchen (Light cooking), and access to the covered roof terrace. it is not villa/apartment The space Our property is in the middle of the community and surrounded by greenery. Rooms are huge, designed with good interiors and large windows. The rooms are installed with TV, AC, microwave, mini-fridge, Induction stove. BBQ grill can be arranged. Guest access Rooms and covered Roof Top. You can play music. loud music and shouting after 10.30 pm is not allowed. Other things to note If any extra guests/visitors, they will be charged extra. Please note that after 11 pm no loud music and shouting on the rooftop. You can use the rooftop without disturbing others at night. Bonfire can be arranged based on request. Villa can accommodate up to 30 pax with an extra mattress (This has to be discussed before booking). We have a caretaker in the watchman room and he can support you in buying food/things from outside.
