Total Privacy: This is a private residence. No indoor spaces, amenities, or living areas are shared with the host or other guests. ⚠️Please Note: To ensure a clear distinction of space, the detached garage and the Garden Suite located at the rear of the property are not included in the rental. If you encounter any issues with the app or the smart lock, please contact us immediately for assistance. 🕒 Early Arrival & Late Departure To accommodate our cleaning schedule and ensure the home is perfect for every guest, the following fees apply to unapproved timing changes: • Early Check-In: $50 per hour. • Late Check-Out: $50 per hour. 🎉 Events, Parties & Occupancy • Prior Approval Required: We love hosting your special moments, but no parties or events are permitted without prior written approval. Additional event fees apply. • Guest Count: Please ensure your booking reflects the accurate number of people staying or visiting. An Extra Guest Fee of $15 per person applies to individuals not included in the original reservation. • Neighborhood Respect: We value our quiet community. Please observe Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints or local disturbances will result in a forfeit of the security deposit. 🧼 Guest Responsibilities & Care We take pride in providing a clean, renovated space and ask that you treat the home with courtesy: • Shoes-Off Policy: Please remove all outdoor footwear upon entry to protect the newly renovated flooring. • Dining: We kindly ask that food and beverages are enjoyed in the dining and living areas only; please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Check-Out Procedures: To assist our cleaning team, please place used towels in the washer, ensure all dishes are washed, and dispose of all garbage in the outdoor bins before departure. • Hot Tub: Please review the specific operating instructions provided on-site before use to ensure safety and water clarity. 🚫 Strict Prohibitions & Penalty Fees Failure to comply with these essential rules will result in deductions from the damage/security deposit: • Strict No Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. (Fine: $400) • Unapproved Events/Parties: Hosting unauthorized gatherings. (Fine: $300) • Unauthorized Pets: No pets permitted without prior consent.
