Noise complaints or local disturbances will result in a forfeit of the security deposit. 🧼 Guest Responsibilities & Care We take pride in providing a clean, renovated space and ask that you treat the home with courtesy: • Shoes-Off Policy: Please remove all outdoor footwear upon entry to protect the newly renovated flooring. • Dining: We kindly ask that food and beverages are enjoyed in the dining and living areas only; please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Check-Out Procedures: To assist our cleaning team, please place used towels in the washer, ensure all dishes are washed, and dispose of all garbage in the outdoor bins before departure. • Hot Tub: Please review the specific operating instructions provided on-site before use to ensure safety and water clarity. 🚫 Strict Prohibitions & Penalty Fees Failure to comply with these essential rules will result in deductions from the damage/security deposit: • Strict No Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. (Fine: $400) • Unapproved Events/Parties: Hosting unauthorized gatherings. (Fine: $300) • Unauthorized Pets: No pets permitted without prior consent.
