MIA_HOME is an excellent choice for stays of 32 nights or longer. It is located in a great area and well connected to shops and restaurants but on a quiet street, with hardly any traffic. It is forbidden to use the apartment with a number of occupants greater than the capacity of the apartment. If the guest forgets the keys inside the apartment and the check-in staff must come to the accommodation, an opening service charge of €20 will be used. The loss of the keys will have a supplement of €60 for each set and €60 for remote control parking. RESPONSIBILITY The reservation of the apartment implies the acceptance of the rules of the house. Please read carefully the House Rules that will be posted on Airbnb. It is not allowed to have parties or smoke inside the apartment. For non-responsible conduct, the owner may ask the guests to leave the apartment immediately, without the right to compensation or reimbursement. Guests are responsible for taking good care of the apartment during their stay and agree to deliver it in the same conditions in which the accommodation and its equipment were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear on the apartment. If there is any defect in the apartment, please notify us immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible. For stays of 28 days or more, electricity, water and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host received a request through Airbnb for the import requirement that the guest must accept and pay for. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the apartment in good condition, the kitchen tidy and the rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in hours are from 16h00 to 21h00, all arrivals between 21h00 and 24h00 will be subject to a surcharge of 20€. Arrivals after 24h00 will not be attended. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the apartment to hand over the keys and will explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, let us know as soon as possible to avoid the necessary waiting.
