Beauty Artist Home in the Catskills

A beautiful Catskill artist home with mountain views. It is in a quiet setting on a private dead-end road, yet also close to nearby villages of Saugerties, Catskill, and Woodstock ( 8-14 miles). Skiing at Hunter Mountain or Windham, a 20-30 minute drive. Mountain lakes for swimming in the summertime at North-South Lake, Colgate Lake, and natural waterfalls/ponds including the magnificent Kaaterskill Falls. There are a multitude of hikes in the area. The space The house has an open spacious LR floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a fireplace and is comfortably furnished. The LR and kitchen area have newly been renovated in Scandinavian style with new cabinets, appliances, a custom-made butcher block, and a new oak floor. The eating area opens up with glass sliding doors to the patio. There is air conditioning in the house on the main LR floor, and the MasterBr. The house fits a maximum of 5-6 people depending on the couple/single situation. 3 bedrooms; the MBR has 2 single beds, a private bath, and a smaller porch. The other 2 BRs have a queen-sized bed with a shared bath. All with high-quality madrasas and cotton bed sheets/ duvet covers European style. In total 3 single, 2 queen-sized beds, and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, French press, stand-up mixer, cast iron skillets and cookware, etc. various kitchen tools, a newer fridge, and stove. There is a BBQ grill to use on the veranda. (Weber's charcoal type). Guest access Entire 2000 sq ft house and 2 acres garden. Parking on the property driveway. The basement is off-limits. Other things to note Only rented to responsible guests. Reviews/ Ratings are required. This is a non-smoking and no vaping e-cigarette house. Quiet enjoyment only, no parties allowed. Not appropriate for hyper-allergic people, there have previously been cats on the property. The house is not recommended for families with toddlers due to the open staircases to the basement and the second floor. There is a no shoe policy, please bring your own indoor shoes or slippers.
