Separate bedroom with open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom off bedroom. Your home away from home is rested in a valley 350m from the Burnett Hwy, right next to Anzac park, The Dee river on the opposite side, the famous Gold Mine just across the Dee River, skate park adjacent to residence, 30m pool & playgound, short walk to town centre, which has a cafe, bakery, post office, supermarket, 3 Hotels, news agency, fish'n'chip shop. Historical and Railway museum's, The Dam, hospital, police station The space Thanks for considering my place. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Situated in a quite part of town right beside the river the units are the old geologists units and where part of the mine complex, which operated for around 100 years, it's been closed roughly 30 years but the tourist information centre at the old railway station will be able to tell much more regarding the mine and the town. The units are clean, tidy and have there own seperate bathroom and toilets the only communal necessity is the laundry Bedroom & lounge have ceiling fans, carpeted in lounge and bedroom, comes with full house amenities if there is anything you can't find please just ask & I will do my best to provide as I am still quite new to this. If you book for 2 guest's I assume that you are sharing the double bed if you require separate beds you will need to book for 3 people as it requires extra work and linens involved, thank you for your understanding. Pets are welcome as long as they are house trained, there is also a fenced yard if your pet isn't a jumper. Guest access BBQ area available for guest's Other things to note Working smoke detectors, large fire hose in communal laundry located directly out side units
