This 1940's farmhouse is 1/2 mile from Coshocton's Woodbury Wildlife Area's 19,000 acres, providing quick access to the park. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful rural get away! The space This house is located just off a gravel Township Road providing quick access to Woodbury Wildlife's Public Hunting areas. The house has a large porch, that provides guests an area to relax and enjoy the area's beautiful scenery. The 4 bedrooms include a queen size bed and four twin beds that can sleep a total of 5 people. In addition, the house includes a kitchen and two bathrooms, one bathroom has a bathtub/shower and the other bathroom has a shower. The property's terrain is hilly with cleared areas that offer many great views of the surrounding countryside and wildlife. Guests have access to the numerous hiking trails on the front 20 acres of the farm. Hunting is not allowed on the property do to farming activities. Internet access is provided by the property's Verizon Gateway. Guest access Guests have access to the 4 bedroom's, bathrooms and common area of the house. Guests also have access to the farm's hiking trails. No motorized off road vehicles are allowed on the property. Guests do not have access to the basement, rear utility room and any of the property's outbuildings. There is a lock box on the house's side door facing the driveway. Guests will be provided a 4 digit code for the lock box 48 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note 1. Guest vehicles must stay on the gravel driveway areas on the property. 2. Trails are designed as hiking trails only. No motorized off road vehicles are allowed on the property. 3. Everyone on the reservation must sign a liability contract of safety prior to entry to the property. 4. No hunting allowed on the property due to farming activities.
