Spacious 32sqm Studio Type Condominium of Abreeza Place Tower 2. Our unit on the 17th floor offers a king size bed and a relaxing Samal Island view that’s perfect for travellers and staycationers! Ideal for 2 guests but accommodates up to 4. King size mattress will be provided for the 3rd and 4th guests. Discounts are automatically given for extended stays. My place is a fully-airconditioned, spacious 32-sqm studio apartment, purposefully designed to feel uncluttered for a relaxing stay, but without sacrificing modern comforts. Unit Highlights: Unlimited fiber-optic WiFi accessible anywhere in the unit, landline telephone, and UHD Smart TV with free Netflix Sleeping Arrangements: A king-sized bed to comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests. For bigger groups, an extra king-sized mattress with blanket will be provided to fit up to 2 additional paid guests. There’s also a sofa for added comfort. I recommend dimming the lights at night to enjoy a serene view of the city lights from your bed. Storage Space: You’ll find a tall closet across the bed. The first two doors are for guest use. Please allow me to occupy the rightmost door for my maintenance supplies. By the entrance is a shoe rack for your outdoor footwear. Indoor slippers are provided for your use while inside the unit. Dining Area: A table and some seats are available for take-home meals and late-night snacking. This area also doubles as a work space. Kitchen: Get safe and potable drinking water from the kitchen sink. Basic dining ware such as plates, mugs and cutlery are provided. A refrigerator, microwave, and an electric kettle are also available. Cooking appliances are not provided. I do not encourage cooking in the unit to delay the deterioration of the unit. Dishwashing supplies are available for guests to wash any dining ware used. Laundry Area: A user-friendly washing machine is inside the water closet, and a hanging rack above it. Please hang your wet items (towels, laundry, etc.) from the rack, and not anywhere else in the unit, to preserve the furniture and the wooden floors. Toilet and Bath: A digital heater provides safe hot water for the bathroom sink and the shower. The toilet has an attached bidet. The shower area is enclosed by a shower curtain. Guest access The pools, garden, and playground are accessible to guests. Pools: Only unit owners and registered guests may use the wading pool and the 4-ft infinity pool. Guests must pay Php 150/head. Payment is not included in the booking, and must be made directly to the building personnel. Don’t forget to wear your proper swimming attire! NOTE: The pools are closed every Monday for maintenance. Gym: As per building policy, the gym is exclusively for unit owners and long term guests. Parking: Open parking spaces are available for free outside the gate and behind/around Abreeza Mall. Other things to note Check-In Instructions: For security reasons, check-in instructions and the the House Manual will be messaged to a confirmed guest through Airbnb a day prior to their stay. Registration: The concierge will ask for a valid ID during registration. Please make sure that your ID reflects the name you gave me after booking. You can only get the room key after registration. Cleaning Fee: Php 700 cleaning fee is included in the room rate to prepare the room for your stay. This ensures that the unit is clean and the towels and linen are fresh for your stay. There is an extra charge of Php 700/request if you wish for additional cleaning services (ex. new towels, new linens, or re-cleaning of the unit) during your stay. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM onwards while check-out is no later than 12:00 NN. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to unit availability. Supplies: The supplies I provide (towels, linen, soap and shampoo) are based on the number of guests booked and paid for. Loss and Damage: Loss of and damage to property will be charged to the guest. Damages include but are not limited to breakage, tears, stains, odors, chipping, discoloration, and distortion. The penalty will be used to cover repair or replacement, to prepare the unit for the next guest. Events: Small and contained gatherings, such as group studies and decent photoshoots, are allowed as long as noise is minimized especially after 10 PM, so as not to disturb other building occupants. House Rules: > No smoking. > No cooking. > No pets. > No additional unpaid guests. > No noisy or messy parties. > No outdoor footwear past the shoe rack. > No odorous and hard-to-clean food/items. > No spillage/moisture on the floors. > No excessive alcohol consumption. > No illegal substances. > No toggling of the WiFi modem. Check-Out Instructions: These will be messaged to the guest a day before their check-out.
