PERFECT LOCATION in the heart of everything! 10 mins away from Clearwater Beach, HONEYMOON & CALADESI ISLANDS, 10 mins walk from Downtown Dunedin with its Unique Restaurants, Boutiques & Breweries & 7mins to Blue Jay Stadium. Pinellas Trail is across the street from the apt and only 2 blocks down from the waterside! It's a perfect central place to cozy up away from home! The space PLEASE, MAKE SURE TO READ THOROUGHLY THIS "DESCRIPTION" SECTION BEFORE PLACING AN INQUIRY. NO MONTHLY RENT during high season from February to April It's a perfect place for relaxing after a day out and about! This cute little bird's nest with its QUEEN bed fits one or two people comfortably. We can also provide a playpen for your baby. ( Make sure to request it prior to check in) The cottage also includes a smart TV . Although the KITCHENETTE is not suitable for cooking meals, it has a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric grill, a toaster, a blender, an air drier, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cork screw, can opener, dishtowels, dish soap, a big counter and 3 bar stools where you can enjoy a nice breakfast before heading to a full day of sunny discoveries! :) The lovely bathroom has a closed shower and is equipped with all the necessities for your first day with us... I even thought of all my fellow ladies and put a HUGE mirror in the cottage !! ;) The entire space is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. It is professionally cleaned on a routine basis. You can rest assured that, upon your arrival, you will experience a clean, sanitized, fresh space for your enjoyment. Also provided are linens, towels, basic toiletries, hair dryer, iron, beach bag, beach towels etc.. We can also provide beach chairs and umbrella if asked ahead of check in day. Guest access You will have your own private entrance on the right side of the house, a safe parking space in the driveway in a well lit street. Please make sure to leave a spot open on the driveway for the guests staying in the main house. Thank you!! :) Other things to note The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises. Guests shall allow homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. This right shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
