Kernewyck was created from one half of the original large farm barn. It is one of our larger holiday cottages that sleeps 4 plus a cot. It has an enclosed patio area ideal for our guests who wish to bring their dog on holiday. The cottage is just a ten-minute drive from Looe and Polperro, and close to Fowey. The cottage is perfect for a family holiday or for those wishing to walk the coastal path. Please note that the cottage features a compact kitchen and does not come with a dishwasher. The space Kernewyck was created from one half of the original large farm barn, offering plenty of space for families looking to holiday together. One of our larger cottages sleeps four plus a cot. From the enclosed outside seating area, you’ll enter the cottage. Kernewyck has a very large lounge with a beamed ceiling, two comfortable settees, a flat-screen TV with Freeview, and a dining area. The cottage is electrically heated, and there is a flame-effect electric fire for added warmth if required. The compact, well-equipped kitchen features a built-in oven with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a plinth heater. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The ground-floor bathroom includes a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail, and upstairs there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both offering far-reaching countryside and garden views. All beds are equipped with hotel-quality, pocket-sprung mattresses and bed linen. The double bedroom has space to accommodate a cot. An allocated parking space for Kernewyck is conveniently situated just outside the door. We are happy to accept up to two well-behaved dogs over the age of 1 year. Guest access You will have access to the whole of Kernewyck Cottage and the grounds along with a field walk and play area.
