We present to you one mini studio-room that includes one bedroom with small kitchen, dining area and a terrace. The studio has recently been completely renovated, with the realization of our ideas we can boast that we have designed every corner of this small apartment. For your comfort&leisure, the apartment includes WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped very well. The room is located near the bus station, a distance of 30 m, which allows a quick trip to the city! The space The mini room is located on the ground floor of the building and has a separate entrance with a balcony. It was completely renovated with electricity and water in 2020, as well as with equipment for the bathroom, kitchen with dining room and living room, in order to have the most comfortable and modern accommodation you need for your vacation in one small place. It is located in a peacefull neighborhood, part of town Dubrovnik, called Mokošica, and only 20m from nearest bus station, line 1B that takes you directly to the Old town in a 20 minute ride, where you can see some of Dubrovnik's surroundings. Shop, bakery, cafe, laundry service...are just some of the things available in a 5-minute walk around the area. Ideal for singles or maybe couple (two). Guest access Guests will have access to whole apartment for themselves. First aid kit and hand sanitizer are available. In a modern equipped bathroom you can relax under the rainfall shower. The bathroom has a shower, towels and a hair dryer. Also, free toiletries such as shampoo, toilet paper and hair dryer are at your disposal. You can have a rest in room with a wardrobe and a good bed (140x200cm). The bedroom contains a wardrobe, bed linen, hangers and additional blankets. You have at your disposal an ironing board, an iron, and an external clothes dryer with clothespins. Our kitchen is well equipped in case you decide to eat at home. Room with TV is the ideal place for entertainment and rest, just like the terrace. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi air conditioning and cools the space perfectly in extremely hot weather. The place is small but cute! Other things to note Parking near our studio apartment is FREE. Dubrovnik and its surroundings are very crowded and parking is charged by zone everywhere, except in our town. And that's why we have a big advantage, but sometimes it's also very crowded when parking. Another advantage is the traffic connection by bus, which makes everything easier.
