Nestled in the serene environment and lush greenery on the southern side of the island, this DOT-accredited apartment is only a 3-5-minute walk to the White Beach in Station 3 as well as the Main Road, where you can access public transport. Location is strategic as travelers can live like a local in an off-the-beaten path while still being close to where the action is. The studio is just right, cozy and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, small groups of up to 4 and business travelers. The space This beach apartment is only about 3-5 minutes walk away from Boracay's world famous White Beach. The overall vibe of the property and the community where it belongs is homey, laid back and tranquil. The property's design theme has a rustic appeal with a modern Asian touch which blends in with the lush greeneries on the southern side of the island. The apartment is about 25 sq.m in size, including the garden patio portion of the unit. There is a queen-sized bed which comfortably sleeps two (2) but an extra bed (by means of a floor mattress) can be added for bigger groups of up to four (4). This particular apartment unit is situated on the third floor of a 3-storey apartment building. The apartment unit's interior has a modern contemporary vibe, air-conditioned, with a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, dining table set, 32″ LED cable TV, refrigerator w/ freezer, safety deposit, hot and cold shower, and a complimentary fiber line internet with basic speed of 50 mbps. Guest access Other than the entire apartment unit, guests and travelers have access to the reception area, the pavilion, the small courtyard and the green garden pathway which are all part of the property compound. There is also a small covered parking area which is perfect for storing bikes, should the guests and travelers plan on renting one during their stay. Other things to note *Accessibility: 3-5 minutes walk to the White Beach path in Station 3 (Angol side of the White Beach), 3-5 minutes walk to the Main Road, 20-25 minutes walk to D'mall in Station 2 (via the White Beach path), 5-8 minutes ride to D'mall in Station 2 (via the Main Road), 5-8 minutes ride to the Jetty Port in Cagban (via the Main Road) *Location: We are situated in one of the residential communities in the island - the Angol Beach Community. Hence, we have a set of neighbors in the local community. *Vibe and Ambiance: The vibe in the property is serene, tranquil and homey. The property is beside the lush forests and greeneries of the Mandala estate along Angol Road which adds to that tranquil vibe and ambiance. *Early Check In & Late Check Out: Allowed but subject to availability and certain fees depending on how early the check in is and how late the check out is. *Staff Schedule: Our caretakers are on duty from 8am to 5pm. There is a night guard who patrols over the property's vicinity from 7pm to 7am. *Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. There are smoke detectors placed inside each apartment unit for fire alarm and safety. Smoking, however, is allowed in the following areas: the garden patio or balcony portion of the apartment unit, the corridors/hallways of the apartment building, the small covered parking area, the gardens and the courtyard which are all part of the property's common areas. *Items: Some items are not stored inside the apartment units and may be provided upon requests (i.e. iron, coffee makers, blenders, lan cables, basic first aid kit, etc.) *Limitations: While we always strive to provide our guests and travelers with topnotch service, the property is still an apartment located in a local neighborhood. It is not positioned as a hotel and it does not offer 24/7 service.
