Unlike the passcode self-check in, we are actually here for check-in to ensure a hustle-free experience. We are also here when you need actual human beings for help to ensure a better stay. The space We designed the room with love and care for little kids, because we have a little girl too. The room is safe and friendly for little kids. No sharp or pointy spot in the room. Low furniture, but all the plug-ins are highly positioned. And of course, we will try to accommodate any special requests for you. Other things to note ***The apartment is on the second or third floor, no elevator! ***Per Kyoto City Regulation, upon check in we will charge the Kyoto city lodging tax, 200 Japanese Yen per person per night. ***We offer laundry service, washer & dryer with a starting charge of ¥2500 per load(washer & dryer). ***An extra set of futon will be done at a charge of ¥2000 Yen per request.( i.e. 3 pax wants 4 sets, the fourth set will be charged ¥2000 yen) ***Instead of self-check in, we do check-ins in person at your time of arrival. Therefore, there is no confusion as how to get in and we will escort and welcome you. ***We do free linen change for guests who stay longer than 3 day. (Change on the fourth day) For less than 3 days, guests have to pay extra fee for linen change. The charge depends on the amount of people, starting at 1000 yen. ***The TV in the room is only for YouTube and streaming service if you have your own account. No broadcast service!
