First floor on a quiet, tree lined street, the unit features original hardwood floors, 2 queen sized beds, a 40 inch smart TV (YouTubeTV, Netflix, HBONow, & Prime), fully equipped kitchen with dinette, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen necessities, and an enclosed back patio space. It's a 0.7 mile walk to Brown Line, 2 blocks to CTA bus stop and we have plentiful free street parking. The space The location is the ideal setting between being close to the city and being in a quiet residential neighborhood. The CTA Brownline Addison Stop is just a .7 mile walk, the No. 152 Bus even closer. Both Mariano's and Jewel Osco are about 4 blocks away, as is Walgreens pharmacy. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a few blocks, feel free to inquire about recommendations. Wrigley Field is 1.5 miles straight up Addison, it is about a 12 minute bus or 8-10 minute taxi ride (depending on game day traffic). You will find our beds comfortable, with hotel grade mattresses and microfiber linens, there are additional blankets and down comforters available in each bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the full 1st floor apartment including an enclosed back porch, 2 adult-sized bicycles, private backyard with an outdoor grill, 40" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon (with plenty of kids movies in the library!), complimentary wi-fi, and plenty of kids books and games. Other things to note Check in time can be anytime after 3pm - we provide self check in with keyless entry to make your arrival as easy as possible. The property has 2 cameras installed: a Ring doorbell camera on the front porch facing the street (capturing activity on the porch and in front of our home), and a security camera/floodlight in the back facing the garage (capturing the backyard). Both cameras are ON/motion activated - these cameras may record activity during your reservation. Looking for a longer term stay? We offer a 15% discount on all stays 7+ nights, and a 25% discount for stays of 30+ nights. Additionally, all bookings 30 nights and longer do not have to pay the City Of Chicago taxes. Keep this in mind if you're looking for a multi week stay, often it's cheaper to book a few extra nights to get you above the 30 nights and avoid tax on the entire booking.
