Please note that since it is a shared room, your room mate, if any, could be of another gender. You are welcome to book the room for single occupancy by paying 1.5 times for both beds if your stay exceeds 7 days. Guest access All common areas - Living and dining room, main front balcony and terrace garden. Other things to note 1. Complimentary Wi-fi 2. Meals available with prior notice (ideally the previous evening, or latest by 9 a.m. on the day) and at nominal charges: BREAKFAST - INR 300 (450 with pork or chicken products) MEALS - INR 500 (for Vegetarian), INR 650 (for chicken or fish meal), and INR 850 (for prawn or pork meal). Coffee INR 100, Indian Chai or Darjeeling Tea INR 50. Different cuisines available cooked with home-grown organic vegetables (in winters, mainly). 3. Laundry services available at a charge of INR 15 per piece of clothing for washing, drying and folding. Ironing charge is INR 15 extra per piece (more for jackets, etc), if sent to the laundry for ironing 4. During summer months (April-October) use of the air-conditioner will attract a charge of INR 300 per day which will be payable before check-out. 5. In case of any (accidental) damage (not including the normal minor ones like breakage of drinking glass) of items in the house, an agreed replacement cost will be payable via the Airbnb system.
