On the ground floor, a large family kitchen/dining room and further adjacent elegant dining room, charming sitting room, 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Separate TV room and 4th double bedroom and shower - ideal for a nanny/cook. Extensive gardens and pool. 1st floor, there are 4 further double bedrooms (2 with en suite bathrooms) and a separate bath/shower room a mezzanine area and pool table. The space The house is ideal for families and friends. The pool and gardens are extensive and excellent for outside dining. The pool is open and guests should be aware of looking after children at all times. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances - blender and juicer. The kitchen leads straight out to covered dining area, hammock chair and pool making eating in doors and outdoors very easy. Guests should not make fires in the open fire places. Additional part time/daily/ maid service can be arranged at 20 euros per hour. A cook can also be arranged. NO hen or stag parties allowed. Guest access Guests will have full access of the main house, pool and gardens. Laundry facilities and ample parking. Wifi is available throughout the house and outside in all seating and sun lounger areas Other things to note There is a small pigeonnier (little house) situated within the grounds that is not included in the rent. This is not available for guests.
