Set on a quiet road in the quintessentially english village of Angmering, overlooking the Ham Manor Golf Club, this spacious house offers comfort, peace and characterful decor. The village has 2 pubs plus all other essential shops and the quiet beaches of East Preston & Rustington are only a few minutes car ride away. Worthing & Arundel are 15 mins drive, Brighton & Chichester are 30mins away. This listing is for a room with views over the golf course and with an ensuite bath & shower room. The space Our home is a mixture of modern, vintage and quirky and this room contains all three styles too. I am passionate about up-cycling so every room has it's far share of Edwardian, Victorian, Art Deco and Mid-century - it's an eclectic mismatch of many eras. Look out for the many random lamps dotted around the house made from household items. All our bedding is Egyptian cotton or quality linen, and mattresses are new and high quality. Guests have access to unlimited teas and coffees throughout their stay. There is a TV in your room, but quite honestly, the garden, village pubs, beach and local restaurants are much more interesting than a flat screen! Wifi access is available. Please note that this house is not suitable for small children. You will also see from the listing details that we have 5 cats and a friendly dog. The kitchen can be used and fridge space is available but limited. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and so we like to keep the lounge tv area for our own personal use. Other things to note As we have two additional rooms listed on airbnb, there is a chance that there may be other guests staying at the same time. However, this room has it's own ensuite bathroom and it's a spacious house with 5 bedrooms and 3 large living areas so you won't feel claustrophobic.
