The space The apartment is 350 meters far from Riva Bianca beach, one of the most beautiful bathing beaches of Lake Como, 750 meters far from the town center and main services (supermarket, pharmacy, pier, coffees, restaurant and bank) and 500 meters far from the train station that links Lierna to the other villages and towns of the lake. Some steps far from the apartment, you'll find the link with the 45km mountain trail that coasts the east side of Lake Como: the Viandante trail. Varenna, a popular fishermen village, is 3,3km far and easily reachable by car (5 minutes) or by train (10 minutes). Bellagio is reachable by ferry boat (15 minutes) from the pier in Lierna. 40 minutes far by car you can reach the Valsassina valley with its trekking mountains trails, horse riding paths and amusement parks. Other things to note The residential complex has 2 swimming pools that are shared with the other residents. Inside the apartment, you will find the full pool regulations to read before using the pools. The use of inflatable mattresses or floats of any kind is not permitted in the pool.
