It has 2500sqm with many trees around the area Guest access Access to Tondol White Sand Beach which is about 3mins walk. Access to KCS camp and adventure. Other things to note Things to remember: In excess of the number of declared maximum capacity of the house/room, 300 per head per night will be charged as an additional (kids and adults except 1yr and below). However, the excess should not be more than 10pax per house or room as we dont want to be crowded in the resort or better get a room for extension. The remaining balance will be billed upon your check out. In case of cancellation or no appearance, down payment will be forfeited. However, you can already park within the vicinity and go around the beach while waiting for the guest to check out and rooms to cleanup. You can also extend your check out up to 2pm if we dont have guest next to you. Swimming pool is about 50sqm and it is open at 8am and will be closed at 9pm. This is to clean the water for the next day preparation. We provide basic utensils in your kitchen for you to cook your food. Sarmiento Beach house is about 3 to 4mins walk away or 300 meters away from Tondol White Sand Beach. The resort has about 2500sqm We dont allow videoke unless you get the whole venue or there are no other guests from other houses/rooms
