Registration No.: VT-37996-V The space My duplex penthouse is on the fifth floor of a newly constructed building (in an area where most buildings are old, mostly over 80 years old), which also has an elevator. The duplex has a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny 20 m² terrace and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is the attic bedroom with windows and a master bathroom with a bathtub. In the living-dining room, the large windows allow you to enjoy lots of natural light and have direct access to the large terrace equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy the fantastic climate that the city offers throughout the year. Also inside the living room there is a dining table for 2 people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal: cooking utensils, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. I also provide basic cooking condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and many others, as well as products for washing dishes and clothes, to avoid the hassle and cost of these basic purchases. There is also a toilet on the ground floor, where the washing machine is also located. In the bedroom, located on the second level, there is a comfortable double bed (150 x 190 cm) to ensure a good rest and two closets with enough space for clothes. The room's main bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. I provide free toiletries such as a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. In the apartment you will find fresh clean linens and bath towels. The WiFi internet connection allows you to stay connected or work a little, if necessary. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. Pets are prohibited. Guest access My guests can enjoy the entire house. Other things to note Get directions If you arrive by plane: The "Xátiva" metro station is 850 meters / 10 minutes away and connects with Valencia airport (21 minutes / 11 stops, lines 3 or 5. The Metro operates from 5:27 AM to 11:30 PM, every 6-9 minutes throughout the day, 7 days a week). If you arrive by regional train, the "Estación del Norte" (Estació del Nord) is 650 meters / 8 minutes walk away. If you arrive by AVE high-speed train, the AVE "Joaquín Sorolla" station is 850m / 11 min walk away. I advise you to take a taxi; it will be about 7 minutes / 4-6 EUR. To go to the beach, you can take Bus No. 2 at the "Germanies - Sevilla" stop (350 meters / 4 min walk from the apartment). It will take you about 25 minutes to get to the Playa de Las Arenas area.
