My apartment has an ideal location with a very nice riverside view. Its building is one of the most modern buildings in Hanoi that has supermarket, cinema, food court, outdoor swimming pool, gym, shopping center, kids’ area… Although, my place is a quiet place but still close enough to the downtown. If you are looking for a peaceful place and just want to stay away from noise, my place is a good choice for you. The space • This is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room • 1 large bedroom: 1 queen bed that is comfortable for 2 people, a private rest room and a small balcony • 1 small bedroom: it’s comfortable for 2 people, especially this room is designed to combine 2 single beds to 1 big bed for couple, or you can also separate it to 2 single beds when needed (For more information, please check the pictures) • 1 living room: It’s comfortable for 2 people with sofa bed, wide window with riverside view • 1 common kitchen and 1 common toilet • Just need to take the elevator from 6th floor to the 1st floor when you need something. There are supermarket, cinema, food court, swimming pool, gym, shopping center, kids’ area, bookstore, pharmacy, electronic store inside the building. Guest access Free high-speed Wifi access, key cards to access to the building, lockbox Other things to note • There is an outside swimming pool on the 6th floor in the building that looks over the river. This swimming pool has one of the best views in town. If you wish to spend time here, you only need to pay 60,000 VND($2.5)/adult or 30,000 VND ($1.5)/kid. It opens from 6.30am - 11.30am and 2pm - 8.30pm. • There is a gym at Mipec Trade Center, and you have to pay for your ticket.
