The space The apartment is located at João do Outeiro street, in Lisbon, on the 3nd floor, without elevator, of a refurbished building on a small square, just a few steps from the Moorish Castle São Jorge, near Baixa and Alfama, but also where there is the first woman fado singer house (‘Severa’, 30 meters). It’s a pedestrian medieval street and nearby there are various forms of traditional Portuguese trading, and from there you can easily reach most of the popular sightseeing spots in Lisbon. The building, from 1786, has been restored in 2006, and the apartment in 2012, located in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Lisbon: Mouraria. A mix of different cultures and traditional ways, Mouraria is the essence of Lisbon. The flat is close to Praça de Figueira and Rossio Square. It has a traditional Portuguese architecture with total modern comfort and amenities. The apartment has a fantastic view over the city, streching to São Pedro de Alcântara, Miradouro da Graça, São José and Martim Moniz. The views are even more beautiful at sunset.
