Craftsman Home -- Private Room (Double Bed)

Large private room in large, beautiful craftsman home! Close to St. Francis and Methodist Hospital (~1 mi), Caterpillar Downtown (~2 mi), and Bradley University (~2.5 mi). Main floor bath (shower + Jacuzzi tub) exclusively for guests. The space Welcome to my home! I'm excited to get to share my 1930 Brick Craftsman house with you during your travels. Brick, slate, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and wood fireplace await with old charm, while modern windows, kitchen, bath, heating, and air conditioning give contemporary comforts. Guest access You'll have a private bedroom (with locking door) and use of the main floor bathroom and shower/Jacuzzi tub (exclusive for guests -- my bathroom/shower is separate on the second floor). In addition to your room, there is one other AirBnB room on the main floor. Shared spaces include: - Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen - Sun Room - Porch - Fenced in Backyard - Weight Machine/Treadmill - Pool Table - Washer/Dryer - Espresso Machine During your stay I'll be available throughout your stay to assist as needed. Am happy to be as engaged or hands off as you prefer. My bedroom/bath/home office are all on the second floor apart from both the private guest room and shared living spaces on the main floor. Other things to note -> Wifi is provided to all guests. -> I do not have cable/satellite TV service or any TVs in the guest or shared spaces. -> Guests are more than welcome to use my stereo/CD player/turntable in the living room. -> I cannot accept pets in my home -- I've have pet allergies :( -> Coffee and tea provided to all guests. -> Towels, Shampoo, Soap, and basic toiletries provided.
