My property is located in Shima City, surrounded by greenery and with view on the sea. This is the perfect place if you want to unwind and be away from the busy city life. The BBQ in the garden is free to use. I teach surfing classes nearby. Please send me a message if you want to book a class (participation costs not included in the accommodation fee). ※This is a self check-in property. Instructions will be sent in a message one week prior to your arrival. Applicable equipment is not an iron plate but a net specification) * Please prepare the net yourself. ・ Sink (Shared with Ocean Forest) ・ Countertop (Shared with Ocean Forest) ・ Net → Use a size of 38 cm or less in length and 42 cm or less in width. ・ soap ・ Scourer * 1 Please bring your own charcoal, gridiron, paper plate, paper cup, tongs, etc. * 2 Please place the net used for BBQ on the BBQ stand as it is. .. * 3 There is a can for disposal of charcoal, so please put it there. (Disposal cans are installed near the sink near the log ocean) * 4 It is possible to move the BBQ table / chair to the garden, but it is not recommended to use it at night because the outside lighting is only on the wooden deck. * 5 Since the pizza oven is made by the host, the temperature is less likely to rise than a general oven. It is also possible to use firewood, but please be careful when handling fire as the back is a mountain. Please contact me beforehand if you wish to delay your checkout time. *Please note that if you make a reservation on the day itself, you may not be able to enter the room immediately. The total price of your stay is calculated as follows: 1) Accommodation fee × nights + accommodation fee for additional guests × number of guests × nights 2) Cleaning fee 3) Airbnb commission fee 5. About the deposit The deposit that is charged at the time of booking will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after the checkout date, provided that there has been no damage or loss of items that belong to the property.
