The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available. The space The Old Stables is a fully self-contained, private dwelling with access through a shared gate. The open plan kitchen/living area opens up onto a balcony over looking the garden. (The garden is private to the main house) The property has 2 bedrooms which are on the ground floor - the master space offers a comfortable double bed with the second bedroom consisting of a small double bed and 1 single, perfect for a small family or group of 4 adults. On the same floor there is 1 master bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The open plan living room which is on the 1st floor has 2 large sofas, dining table, bar leaner and fully fitted kitchen including, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave. Free WIFI and LED flat screen TV. Coffee, tea, milk and kitchen appliances included. The use of a washing machine is available which is located under the stairs. The rear entrance to the main house shares the same entrance to the courtyard as the Old Stables so occasionally we cross paths from time to time but guests are very welcome to use this space.
