Description
This four bedroom house is ideal for families or groups of friends. With a cosy garden and swimming pool, and only 200m away from the beach, this house portrays the perfect holiday destination. Zygi is a small pittoresque fishing village situated midway between Limassol and Larnaca. There are a few shops, many fish taverns and a newly built marina with a small beach and toilet facilities adjacent. The space The house is located 200 meters from the sea and is an easy 5 minute walk to the centre and marina. There is a regular bus service to Larnaca with the stop located very close to the house. The house has four bedrooms (as per photos) living/dining kitchen and another separate living. A garage with an up over door separates the fourth bedroom from the main house. There is air conditioning in the main building and fans in adjacent rooms. There is oil fired central heating throughout and an electric simulated open fire in the main living room. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and the main bedroom has an en-suite with toilet sink and shower. The fourth bedroom has a shower, sink and toilet, as well as a small kitchenette. Outside there are many types of fruit trees and everything is designed for ease of maintenance. There is a pool circa 12 by 7 with an electric cover and the latest filter system. There are pool lights and a small bar and a kiosk in the garden which also has lights. Inside there is a burglar alarm, smoke alarm and the television is operated with a receiver box to obtain all English channels using WiFi. A box system also ensures the separate living and maids rooms receive Cypriot and Romanian television. The pool fittings are located along with the boiler and oil storage tank in a large underground room and the pool itself faces west towards the mountains. It is bordered by a large terrace where it is pleasant to relax at the end of the day.
