I am about 10 minutes from 90% of activities in Erie. The house is located 4 minutes from LECOM, 5 minutes from Mercyhurst, 5 minutes from St. Vincent and 10 minutes from Hamot. The house is fully remodeled with the latest trends and styling of the day and has a cozy zen feeling throughout. Ample street parking and back patio for guests to enjoy, complete with gas grill. The guest room has a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, refrigerator and all of the regular comforts of a fully furnished bedroom included. It has a full bathroom directly across the hall for your use. My house is at the center of it all. Close to Presque Isle (15 minutes), Frontier Park (10 minutes away), downtown (12 minutes) which has the library, art museum, dock with lookout tower, restaurants, shopping, and several microbreweries. If you travel a bit farther, you can explore the wineries along the wine trail or go search for beach glass. Uber rides to most of these places are between $5-8 (does not include surge pricing however). Guest access You will have the use of my home, including the kitchen, back yard, back patio (with table and chairs and swing), washer/dryer if you need to do laundry. Wifi and several streaming services are also included. ***Guests will not have use or access to the garage.*** During your stay I travel frequently and may have my personal room rented during my travels. I am always available to help with any issues via Airbnb messenger or text message if I am away.
