Nice Provençal house with pool

This lovely house is located in the heights of the typical Provençal village of Ceyreste, 5 km from La Ciotat, its beaches and the most beautiful bay in the world 2019, at the gates of the Cassis and Marseille creeks. It is also 15 km from the Paul Ricard Circuit du Castellet and 30 minutes from Marseille and Toulon. At the end of the year, it is close to the Provençal Christmas markets, Ceyreste itself being very attached to traditions with its nativity scene and Christmas pump. The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room/kitchen with bay window overlooking the pool, a back kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and freezer, and a dining room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms + toilets and a sink. The largest bedroom overlooks the garden. These rooms are accessible from inside the house but also from the garden. The house also has a small terrace with barbecue, a Mediterranean garden and a shared pool with the owners. It is located on the same land as that of the owners. Parking on the ground floor. Guest access All areas are accessible to guests.
