The following The space There will be restrictions for you: - Use of the balconies/terraces is possible, but painting, wood and cleaning work will also take place here - No opening of floor-to-ceiling windows is possible, as the fall protection for the painting work is dismantled from the outside If the work actually falls within your travel period, you will receive a 20% discount on the overnight rate. This will then be paid out after your trip. This duplex apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location, just 150 m from the beach in Graal-Müritz and has two floors. It is comfortably furnished and has everything that will allow you the perfect relaxing vacation. The amenities include three bedrooms, an open kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room with fireplace. A parking space belonging to the apartment is right next to the house. The stairs are equipped with child protection. In the apartment you will find free Wi-Fi, sufficient consumables such as dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and sufficient firewood. Upon arrival you will receive your spa cards. The prices quoted are for occupancy with a maximum of 4 people. We will gladly provide you with bed linen €15 p. p. Towels €10 p.p. or a bed linen & towel package together €25 p.p. available. You can also get a children's travel cot and high chair for a small extra charge of €20 each. This is a non-smoking apartment, unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
