This is suitable for couples, friends or a family. It is in a prime location, within walking distance to Paradise and Clareville beaches, 5 minute drive from Avalon cafes/shops and 10 minute drive to Palm Beach. There is also a great cafe and Indian takeaway at the end of the street. The space This secluded and tranquil home places you amongst the treetops and nature. The wraparound deck makes for perfect entertaining or an ideal place for lazy afternoons watching the sunset and the bird life. The house is spacious with cathedral ceilings and windows and doors that provide natural light and water views. There are three bedrooms which can have up to three couples, friends or a family. The master bedroom has beautiful views from another private deck looking over Pittwater and up to Lion Island. There are two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite and the other has the washing machine and dryer. There is an outside bath on the back deck. Adjacent to the living room is a music room with a grand piano. The walls of the house are full of paintings, etchings and photographs, and there are books in the music room. The kitchen has a 90cm stove, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Kenwood Chef, food processor, soda stream etc and the pantry is well stocked, as this is a home. There is a BBQ on the deck available for use. Pets potentially welcome depending on the breed. The house is only available over this period. Guest access The guests have access to everything in the house, except the piano unless they play. There is room for 2 cars in the carport. Guests do not have access to the downstairs flat as it is a separate dwelling. Other things to note This is not to be used as a party house.
