This Unit, combined with Unit 1 below & Cooee Bay Beach House behind make a perfect destination for larger groups looking for family holiday get togethers, etc. PLEASE NOTE. This unit is not suitable for infants or children. The space Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a king single bed. There is space for 1 car in the backyard. Guest access It is easy to walk, cycle and drive around. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE. We have a 4 night minimum stay from 28/12/25 to 01/1/26 inclusive. This is a highset 60's beach house that is split into two units, one up and one down. It was a rural family's beach house and was set up like this originally, although we renovated about 18 months ago. Both units are fully self contained and have separate accesses.
