This large 40 m² studio is the perfect base for travelers and professionals. Fully equipped, it is suitable for short and long stays and enjoys a central location to radiate between the Drôme and the Ardèche: 15 minutes from Montélimar, Privas and the A7. You will have access to private parking and common outdoor areas including a barbecue area with garden furniture for sunny days and a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley. The space • Accommodation: The studio is composed of 3 distinct areas: a kitchen and dining area with washing machine to facilitate longer stays, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a television, then a bathroom with toilet. To ensure more comfort, the sofa bed is equipped with a real mattress. • Outdoor: 3 outdoor spaces are at your disposal, they are to be shared with other potential guests: - A panoramic terrace with an idyllic view that simply encourages us to take our time - A shaded terrace with barbecue and garden furniture to gather and share friendly moments - A small green area where the youngest can slide and play in the plant hut • Parking: Private parking is available in front of the property and 2 free parking lots are available within 200 m. • Location: In the heart of the village you will find a restaurant labeled "Bistrot de Pays", various craft workshops around the alleys (basketry, pottery, engraving, calligraphy...) as well as a small local market on Sundays. • Things to do nearby: - For athletes: hiking, biking, canoeing, canyoning, paragliding, caving, via corda... - For families: bike rail, soft trails, nautical base, tree climbing, educational farm, visit to the Palais des Bonbons du Nougat et des Souvenirs, plant maze... - For history and old stone lovers: visit hilltop and classified villages, castles, caves, etc. - Others: visit craft workshops, wineries, etc. Guest access The property has 3 independent accommodations that can be rented individually or together: a bedroom in an old fortification tower for 2 people, a studio for 2 people and a house for 6 people. Each of these accommodations has an independent entrance and shares the outdoor spaces.
