What makes Seachange stand out from other Kaiteriteri listings? We have 2 Queen Bedrooms both with en-suites, (a third Super King bedroom is available and can be used for an additional cost), breakfast/living area and large outdoor living space for you to use. You can cook your evening meal on the bbq and side burner under the deck. We are only 3 mins walk to the beach, cafes, kayaks and water taxis in the heart of Kaiteriteri. Close to mountain bike park, walking tracks, tourist activities The space Seachange has been extensively renovated to make it a purpose built Bed and Breakfast, but is also available for your exclusive use if you book all three rooms. We’ve listened to feedback of guests and have incorporated facilities that guests enjoy, including private bathrooms, soundproofing and a space to prepare a snack or light meal. As well as your private en-suite bedroom you also get to share the communal BnB lounge and a big outdoor living area where you can relax in the sunshine or shade and enjoy our large collection of books and magazines. We have an extensive organic vegetable garden which we are happy to share with you, along with the option of using a BBQ to grill a steak, fish or chicken to enjoy with the many craft beers and wines from our region. We a have beach towels and beach umbrellas if required, and camp type chairs and chilli bags with picnic plates etc you can use if going to the beach or on a picnic. Private location and only 2-3 mins walk to beaches, cafes and general store. There are two queen rooms ( Kereru and Kotare) in the apartment. If you require more than two bedrooms we also have a super king room ( Tui), that is available at extra cost. If you require a twin beds, the Tui room has a super king bed that can be split into 2 single beds if required if the booking is for 3 nights or more. The Tui Room is only available if you are renting the entire apartment. Depending on bookings, can be let to a family or group as a self catered 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. Guest access Welcome to use out door spaces for sitting in the sun or shade, using indoor kitchenette and outdoor BBQ if required. Washing line under the carport for personal washing and please ask if you require the use of a clothes drier due to inclement weather as we have onefor your use in our garage. Other things to note This is a smoke free house. We have one bathroom with handrail etc for guests with mobility needs. Please scan the QR Covid 19 code on arrival and we also require guests to have proof of double covid vaccination at this point in time.
