Great place to stay whether for business or pleasure, as it is within easy access of the Beach, Shops, South Downs, Devils Dyke, Hove Park and the A27. The space Contemporary space, stylishly furnished, offering room to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. With a kitchenette available to use ! Parking available on request !! Guest access Guests will have own private entrance - facing the property & go to gate on left hand side Other things to note Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar will be provided. Please note that if you are looking for a party place, this is not for you! We live in a quiet, residential area, so we cannot allow parties & we'd ask that there is no loud music played after 10pm. Pet(s) live on property - We have a little cocker spaniel who may greet you with a waggly tail & a cat who will probably run away from you!! Both pets may try sneaking in!!
