Bellbird Cottage

Waterfront magic with direct access to private beach. This is a lovely little cottage with every possible amenity for a getaway in summer or winter. The stunning views and short walk to the beach make this the perfect place to spend a holiday. Go for a walk or swim or have your wines down at the beach on the deck. Or bring your boat and put it on our mooring and enjoy the fishing and/or water sports. Amazing views over the beautiful Kenepuru sound. Birdsong and peaceful bush clad section. The space PLEASE READ THE NEXT THREE POINTS BEFOFE BOOKING 1 The road is drivable with care and the following restrictions. You have to be under 3500 kg and less than 8 m long in total. 2 We cannot get a cleaner at the moment due to circumstances beyond our control. If you book you must be prepared to clean the place at the end and leave it as you found it. NO cleaning fee will be charged. You will need to agree to this. Please note that the place will be cleaned to the standard of the previous guest and this standard may vary. We would appreciate it if you did not give us a bad review or low rating for cleaning. We will get a cleaner as soon as possible. 3 We will provide sheets and towels but you will need to make up the beds yourselves and strip them at the end and give the laundry to the neighbour. Description of Bellbird The cottage has three bedrooms (two with views). The kitchen was only put in three years ago and is open plan to the dining and living area. The living area opens up to an expansive deck with wonderful views over the Kenepuru Sounds. A short walk down a leafy path and you are at the beach which is private and sheltered.
