Close to downtown but feels secluded. -A private trail head is right down the street. It quickly connects you to trails on Hot Springs Mtn. and North Mountain taking you to overlooks, Bathhouse Row or the Gulpha Gorge. For Main House guests only -Indoor stone lined garden room -Outdoor patio with seating & a chiminea. Wood can be purchased at the EZMart on Park Ave for $7. Roku streams free TV, live news, sports, music, movies, and more. We recommend downloading the ROKU app for easier navigation. -3-4 off street, assigned parking spaces available. There is no street parking. Please ask before bringing trailers, boats, etc. -Ravine Street is steep. If you would like a more gradual ascent up the hill, use Dell St. or Ramble St. -There are outdoor security cameras. -No smoking in the house or hot tub room. PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect for neighbors and other guests on the property, keep QUIET HOURS from 10pm-8am. A different Smart Lock Door Code is given to each guest. This property has 3 units. This listing is for the "Main House" which is a complete home on the upper level. The downstairs apartment has a separate entrance and does not have any access or common area to the Main House. The hot tub is reserved for the Main House guests only. The only shared space is the parking. We enjoy meeting our guests! We regularly visit the property to maintain the grounds, clean the other units and help our guests with needs. Our neighborhood is old. Expect it to be diverse in every way. We have a lovely pocket theater across the street, good neighbors and a growing community of caring people moving into the area. We recommend driving, walking or UBER to get downtown. It's about a 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to downtown. There is a FREE parking garage on Exchange Street, 2 hour street parking and a paid lot right downtown. There is also a private trailhead up the street that will quickly take you to National Park trails leading downtown and to Gulpha Gorge. Maps & directions are in the Guide Book in the house.
