The space The apartments: Each Apartment is about 150 Square meters, and contains 3 ensuite bedrooms. Apartment C & D are located on the first floor of the Villa, whereas apartment A and B are at ground floor. Each room has its own bath and toilet, a double-bed, A/C, a closet, as well as a desk. The house has been built with special attention to high quality and warmness and some rooms have visible red-clay bricks, which give the rooms a comfy look and feel. The living room area is likewise modern with an open kitchen area, and direct access to the balconies where guests can cool down in the fresh breeze and have a view of the neighborhood while enjoying a sundowner in the tranquil surroundings. Generally, the rooms are well ventilated, and most times there is a fresh breeze coming from the ocean about 15 minutes’ drive from the house. Also the community is gated with a 24 hour police patrol and police station within the community. Free pick-ups from and to the airport can be arranged The next-door house has a generator that can be a bit loud in the back-rooms for sensitive ears. However, it’s only turned on during periods of lights-out, which happens occasionally. Important! Make sure that all your belongings (shoes, Googles, slippers, etc.) are inside during the night, as it might happen that the dogs will play with them
