P.S.: On weekends I give priority to reservations for 2 people. The space Room has got a King Size bed IKEA style, as well as a wide-functional wardrobe and a stool. There is also a fan inside the room ( air con is in the living room, next to the room). The orientation of the flat is East-West, so the room may be sunny in the mornings, till lunch time. Guest access Living room Private room Toilette Guests may take into account that they are in a private room but in a shared apartment, shared with me and occasionaly with other guests who can be in the other room that I rent. Therefore, guests may be specially clean and respectful in common spaces, following easy convivence rules (for instance, not being in the couch without t shirt, not leaving their belongings in the toilette -clothes, toothbrush, towel-, remembering flush the toilette every time that they use it and use the brush if neccesary, etc.). Use of kitchen, as you can see in the description of services, is not included. It means also that you shouldn't eat inside the room. You have a living room for that :-) During your stay I live in the apartment and I give to guests absolute freedom with their schedules. Guests can contact me whenever they want.
