Modern comfortable accommodation in Loddon

You will be staying in my home which is a new, detached house on the edge of the village of Loddon. My house is a 10 minute walk from the village centre where you will find 3 pubs, a restaurant, cafes, small supermarket and other shops. You are within walking distance of the river and several beautiful walks including the long distance Wherryman's Way. Also within a short drive are the lovely towns of Beccles and Bungay, the Norfolk Broads, Norfolk Coast and the city of Norwich. The space I have three bedrooms available for guests' use. As these rooms share one bathroom I will only take guests from one party. Guests also have the sole use of the sitting room. A continental breakfast is served in the dining kitchen and you are welcome to use the kitchen to make drinks at anytime during your stay. You are also welcome to make use of the small garden at the rear of the house. If your party includes children between 2 & 14 please let me know and I will make a reduction of £5 per night, per child on the additional guest charge. Guest access I only take guests from one party at a time. You will have sole access to up to three bedrooms, one bathroom and sitting room and shared access (with me) to dining kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and garden. By arrangement guests can use the washer/dryer which is located in my utility room. During your stay My aim is to make guests feel relaxed and welcome during their stay whilst ensuring they have their own space. Other things to note On site parking is available for one car. If you plan to bring two cars please let me know in advance.
