Chez Isaac - In the heart of the city

We offer a 40 m² apartment located in the center in the heart of the pedestrian area (therefore without cars). It overlooks one of the prettiest squares in Troyes. The accommodation is in a "half-timbered" building that dates back to 1600 and has retained its period fireplace. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to the large Victor Hugo parking lot. The space We're in Troyes, and it shows! The half-timbered buildings and the Middle Ages are inside as well as outside. Except that on the equipment side, the Middle Ages are far away! All amenities are new and comfortable because we welcome you to our home as we would like to be welcomed to your home. You will have at your disposal branded and quality (French) dishes, hotel-type bed linen and towels, high-end furniture (leather sofa, recent bedding, etc.). There is a microwave/grill and stove. We leave you basic products for cooking but also some coffee (Senseo brand machine with flexible paper pods) and tea to relax as soon as you arrive. You will obviously have basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, soap, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and towel dryer. The toilets are separated. We can also provide you with baby equipment such as a high chair, bath basin, and a folding crib. Let us know what you need before your stay starts. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note We will ask you for a (little) help with cleaning at the end of the stay in order to be able to maintain the best value for money for you (do the dishes, remove the sheets, take out the garbage). HOUSE RULES We remind you that you will be residing in an accommodation at your disposal and not at a hotel. If you need anything, we'll do our best to help, but we don't have 24/7 staff. If you wish to arrive before 4pm/depart after 11am, please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on the cleaning constraints (and we will offer you the associated price). If you would like cleaning (and change of sheets/towels) during your stay, this is possible (on request and billing), please let us know! We thank you for respecting the premises that are made available to you. Breakages sometimes happen, report small breakages or missing items so that we can remedy them as soon as possible! Main penalties applicable if applicable Non-return or loss of keys: 100 euros Damage to furniture: replacement price Presence of an unplanned animal: 50 euro to disinfect the premises The premises are non-smoking, in case of finding odor and/or presence of butts, a supplement of 100 euros will be requested to ensure the disinfection of the premises.
