This 63m² one-bedroom self-contained unit boasts an open plan living and kitchen area, with views to the mountains beyond. It's ideally suited for a couple wanting a nice relaxing place to stay with all the modern convenience of a home. 🌈only 5mins walk to Lake Te Anau where lower fiords greet our eyes 🌈5mins drive/20mins(2.1kms) walk to downtown 🌈a taste of small home living The space The lounge has a nice leather three-seater couch, a French coffee table and a Sony Bravia 50inch LED TV. The heat pump/air conditioner will keep you warm and cozy all year round. The kitchen area has quality modern appliances such as an oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. Pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are also provided. The modern bathroom includes a shower, a large vanity and mirror, a hairdryer, and a fan heater. Towels are also provided. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a chest of drawer, a large built-in wardrobe with hangers, and black-out curtains to ensure you a really good night’s sleep. The laundry room has a washing machine (with complimentary laundry powder provided) and a clothes airer for use. Parking space is available right outside the unit.
