This charming duplex (70 m2), cozy and bright, refurbished, will welcome you in a quiet and pleasant village. Located in the center, close to all amenities. The apartment is ideal for a family ( we have a cot and on request other childcare items) It is very nice and functional for work TV. The space Its location is ideal , you can do all your shopping on foot because it is both in the middle of shops ( 2 bakeries , pastries, butchery, caterer, organic fruit and vegetable merchant, pharmacy, bank....downstairs from the apartment)and in the countryside. Indeed, just behind the apartment, you can walk among the fields and the forest. There is a hiking path (GR655) that starts behind the apartment next to the church. Guest access *Access to the entire apartment, except one bedroom (this is my daughter's room and I also store my personal belongings there). *attention we have a spiral staircase to access the room,less easy to access than a straight staircase. Other things to note There are all the small shops at the bottom of the apartment, 2 bakeries, butcher, caterer, cheese maker, pharmacy, banks, 2 supermarkets (super U and Simply market).
