Arranged over 3 floors, with a large kitchen-diner, lounge with open fire, 4 double / twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely garden with newly installed infrared wellness sauna and hot/cold outdoor shower. Free parking on the drive for 2 cars. Hove seafront is at the end of the road, with the beach, cafes/ restaurants, amusements and promenade into Brighton. The space We are situated in a wide, tree-lined road leading to Hove seafront in a large, spacious house with lovely garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Ground floor: Large kitchen-diner with an island seating 4 and a dining table seating 8 comfortably. Large doors to give access to the garden with infrared wellness sauna, outdoor shower, trampoline, lawn, 2 patios with seating and BBQ. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack. Lounge with open fire, Smart TV, DVD player and SONOS beam. Large hallway, WC, porch. First floor: Spacious master bedroom with kingsize bed, 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, double washbasin. Second floor: Twin bedroom, shower room with walk-in shower. (Also a study and storage room however these will be locked). Garden: with infrared wellness sauna, outdoor shower, seating areas, BBQ, lawn and trampoline Our house is a family home with board games and books to be enjoyed. Guest access The entire home except for the study in the loft which will be locked. Other things to note We have a resident cat and ask that you top up his food & water please!
