Beautiful comfortable home located in a great area and with plenty of trees! I also have a cool kitty named Andrew. My home is LGBTQ friendly too. This is your temporary home and I want you to be comfortable. I have a few rooms for you to relax in. Kitchen, dining room, living room, room across from guest bedroom, outside patio and little workout room. I like interacting with my guests. I work from home two days a week and enjoy meeting new people. I also understand that folks need their space. This house is on a construction street (new phase) in an established neighborhood. A lot of trees and plenty a great neighborhood to walk in. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance as well as an urgent care facility. There is plenty of parking and getting around Dover is pretty uneventful. Guests having visitors: You can have company. However, they must leave no later than 9:00 P.M. during the week and 9:30 P.M. Friday and Saturday.
