All in all, this is great place to chill in the county and visit with family and friends. The space This three-bedroom, one bath house has two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor and a large upstairs room that features a loveseat that opens into a twin-sized bed and a queen-sized inflatable mattress, a quiet cozy nook to curl up with that book you been meaning to read. The laundry/mudroom/bathroom is also located on the main floor, features a spacious shower and full-size stack washer/dryer… Hardwood floors throughout the house along with “whitewashed” bead-board ceilings and cabinets add to the country charm... Spend a serene country day chatting with your guests on the “wrap around” porch, lazing about on the porch swing and comfortable rocking chairs, just watchin’ Lester’s goats, across the way... Prepare your favorite family meals in our spacious kitchen with all the necessary amenities, enjoy your scrumptious masterpiece on the screened back porch, just sittin’ round tellin’ stories...Compliments to the Chef... Nightfall comes and it is time to gather around the backyard fire pit, roasting hot dogs, making Smores or just talking about good times... Go Honky-Tonkin’ on Broadway...Nashville is just a short drive, enjoy historic Franklin just a hop, skip and jump away...or just stroll down to Leipers Fork Village to be a part of the local scene...With several celebrities located in this area, you never know who you might meet… Guest access Whole house Other things to note Unfortunately, there are House Rules: Our property is suited for family and friend family-oriented vacations/reunions. No bachelor/bachelorette parties, wild/loud parties or large events. Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed overnight on the property unless prior approval with owner. There are two (2) “motion-activated” cameras. One located midway on the driveway side of the house and monitors side yard, driveway activity. The other located at the top of the porch stairs and monitors the side porch only. They both record audio, as well. We are on septic, so nothing but necessary toilet paper down the toilet. This means no feminine items, condoms, hair or cooking grease/oils. Parents/guardians must watch and be responsible for children. Please be respectful of neighbors. Not suitable for pets.
