Suite A is one of 3 private rooms each with a private bath UPSTAIRS (see photos) in our home. There is a shared loft for reading, visiting and enjoying a beverage. Keurig, microwave and small fridge on the loft. We are 90 mi. NW San Antonio. 20 min. from Garner State Park and 15 min. from Lost Maples State Park a favorite destination for leaf peepers and hikers. We have a fire pit. You need to supply wood. We have fire starting equipment. Utopia General Store has a bundle for about $10. The space This listing is for Suite A only. Each bedroom has a private bath and king bed. Pets are not allowed due to owners allergy to pet dander. All rooms, Suites A,B & C, are upstairs in our home in the Texas Hill Country. Our B&B is not for children under the age of 12. Each of the smaller rooms are $100 per night. The larger, Suite C, with a large bath, sitting area and a TV is $115. Breakfast will be continental, pastry, fruit, coffee, tea. Sundays, since we go to church we provide you with a $10 gift certificate/room to Lost Maples Cafe for breakfast which is served 7:30-10:00 Guest access Shared loft/landing with small fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Outdoor patios open to guests. If you want a fire be sure to bring a bundle of wood as I can no longer carry wood. The general store has bundles of wood and we have fire starting equipment. Stars are especially bright in Utopia. We no longer own the property on the river which provided B&B guests with river access but in Utopia, 3 miles, is a great but very seasonal swimming hole and we usually have floats you can borrow. Ask for tips when going to Utopia Park. During your stay We are always in our house and available. Other things to note There are lots of books to read and we have wifi. AT&T is the only phone service. Coolers are not allowed in the house but can stay on the covered patio. No pets. Owner has allergies to pet dander. No smoking or firearms in the house.
